Every year, Fromagerie Bergeron takes part in competitions to ensure that its cheeses are in line with consumer expectations and to validate their quality. On July 19, we were delighted to learn that two of our cheeses had been declared winners in a competition held by the American Cheese Society (ACS).

This cheese is as indisputable as the hero it is inspired by. It won over the judges with its unique, unmistakable taste. No wonder this champion is worthy of the finest cheese platters!
