Every year, Fromagerie Bergeron takes part in competitions to ensure that its cheeses are in line with consumer expectations and to validate their quality. On July 19, we were delighted to learn that two of our cheeses had been declared winners in a competition held by the American Cheese Society (ACS).
Le Louis Cyr – 2 years
Third place in the category “Dutch-style cheeses (Gouda, Edam, etc.)—aged 10 months and over, all types of milk.”
This cheese is as indisputable as the hero it is inspired by. It won over the judges with its unique, unmistakable taste. No wonder this champion is worthy of the finest cheese platters!
Le Seigneur de Tilly 18 months
Third place in the “Light and Reduced Fat Cheeses” category.
Ripened with only 15% fat, Le Seigneur de Tilly 18 months has earned a place among the champions of its category. Its delicate roasted hints and high protein content (9 g per 30 g portion) make it incomparable!
