On September 28, Fromagerie Bergeron launched its new recruitment campaign under the slogan “WE Are Bergeron.” Following an employee survey and internal reflection, this slogan and four key values naturally emerged as the basis for this new employer brand.
“WE Are Bergeron” is a powerful statement about how we all work together day-to-day as a team and as part of the Bergeron family. Our values define who we are as an organization and guide our daily actions. “Pleasure, quality, care and commitment are at the heart of Fromagerie Bergeron’s priorities, and we want our employees to feel these values,” says Marie-Eve Fecteau, Human Resources Director.
Over the past few months, a video and new photo have been produced to showcase these values and the people who are part of “WE Are Bergeron.” A campaign is planned for this fall to present the cheese factory in an authentic way so that future candidates can identify with the great team that is Fromagerie Bergeron. We hope that this new employer brand will attract new talent to our team while further enhancing the sense of belonging among current employees.
