Instructions
Cook fries as per package instructions.
While the fries are cooking, prepare the mac and cheese.
Why not use grated Louis Cyr in your Mac & Cheese?Then prepare the brown sauce.
Finally, cube our Le Populaire cheese.
When everything is ready, assemble the poutines by placing the fries, the Mac & Cheese, and our Le Populaire cheese cubes and pour the sauce on top, in bowls.
Season well, and that’s it!
