Grated Le Bergeron Classique cheese
Marinara sauce on the side
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Cut Le Populaire cheese into 2 cm cubes. Set aside.
On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough.
Cut the dough into small squares of about 3-4 cm.
Put a cube of cheese on each square of dough and shape it into small balls.
Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Be creative and create your holiday shapes.
Brush pesto on top and cover with shredded Le Bergeron Classique cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and serve with a marinara sauce.
