Pulled Pork Poutine

As you might have guessed, this poutine features a meat that many people love: pulled pork. Since a classic is always a winner, this recipe is accompanied by our famous Brins de Gouda cheese. However, the addition of a few drops of hot sauce will give your meal that extra kick.

Ingredients

Yukon Gold potatoes

Brins de Gouda

Homemade or store-bought pulled pork

BBQ sauce

Hot sauce of your choice (here we used La Malcommode de la Voie Maltée)

Instructions
  1. Bake potatoes at 450°F (230°C) until golden and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking.

  2. Place fries in bowls.

  3. Place Brins de Gouda Bergeron and pulled pork on each poutine.

  4. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and add a few drops of hot sauce.
