Ingredients
Yukon Gold potatoes
Homemade or store-bought pulled pork
BBQ sauce
Hot sauce of your choice (here we used La Malcommode de la Voie Maltée)
Instructions
Bake potatoes at 450°F (230°C) until golden and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking.
Place fries in bowls.
Place Brins de Gouda Bergeron and pulled pork on each poutine.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce and add a few drops of hot sauce.
