La Galvaude Poutine

There’s a reason why this rather traditional poutine is so well known… It’s because it always hits the spot! With Brins de Gouda, turkey and peas, this poutine is well established in Quebec’s culinary traditions.

Yukon Gold Potatoes

Brins de Gouda

BBQ sauce

Cooked chicken (or turkey), coarsely cut

Small peas

  1. Bake the potatoes at 450 °F (230 °C) until golden and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking.
    You can also use a deep fryer to facilitate cooking.

  2. Place the fries in bowls.

  3. Place the Brins de Gouda Bergeron and the chicken (or turkey) pieces on top of the fries.

  4. Top with poutine sauce and garnish with peas.
