Yukon Gold Potatoes
Cooked chicken (or turkey), coarsely cut
Bake the potatoes at 450 °F (230 °C) until golden and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking.
You can also use a deep fryer to facilitate cooking.
Place the fries in bowls.
Place the Brins de Gouda Bergeron and the chicken (or turkey) pieces on top of the fries.
Top with poutine sauce and garnish with peas.
