2 small spaghetti squashes

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Cut the squash lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
Brush the squash halves with the olive oil and season.
Place the squash halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place them face down for easier cooking and bake until the flesh pulls away easily about 35 minutes.
Once the squash is cooked, scrape the inside with a fork to loosen the flesh into strands, like spaghetti. MAGIC!
Add the spaghetti sauce and Brins de Gouda and return to the oven to brown the cheese.
Season well before serving & enjoy your meal!
