Russet potatoes (also known as Idaho potatoes)
Olive or vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
BBQ sauce
One pack of Bergeron Classique or Classique Fumé fondue
Green salad
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut potatoes into strips, coat with a little olive or vegetable oil and season. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Turn halfway through cooking.
While the fries are cooking, prepare the BBQ sauce.
Once the fries are cooked, turn the oven up to 450°F (232°C) and bake the fondues for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
When everything is ready, assemble the poutines by placing the fries, Bergeron fondues and BBQ sauce on top. Serve with salad.
