Stop looking for an excuse to eat Chinese fondue all year long! This original poutine is made with Chinese fondue meat, mushrooms, broccoli, and onions and is topped with a red wine sauce. Are you already hungry for it? Yet you still haven’t heard of our cheese Le Lotbinière! With its fresh almond taste, it will make sure your meal is “on point.”

Fondue meat

Mushrooms, broccoli, and onions

Le Lotbinière cheese

Red wine sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Your favourite fondue sauces

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 475 °F (240 °C) and place the broiler pan in it to warm up.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into sticks and coat them in oil. Place on the broiler pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and crisp. Turn twice during cooking.

  3. While the fries are cooking, prepare the red wine sauce.

  4. Brown the fondue meat in a skillet, a few slices at a time, in 1 tbsp. of oil. Once the meat is cooked, set aside in a bowl.

  5. In the same pan, brown the mushrooms, onions, and broccoli in 1 tbsp. of oil. Set aside with the meat.

  6. Cut Le Lotbinière cheese into cubes.

  7. When the fries are cooked, assemble the poutines by layering the fries, cheese, meat, vegetables, and red wine sauce in bowls.

  8. Serve with your favourite Chinese fondue sauce.
