100 g (3 ½ oz.) Le Calumet cheese cut into twelve slices

2 pears

For a chic presentation

Just as the quality of ingredients is important, presentation plays a major role in how much we enjoy a dish. To add visual appeal, simply garnish these fruit chips with fresh herbs or sprouts. Chives, thyme or various micro sprouts go really well with these flavourful bites!
