Wonton cups

2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast

24 wonton wrappers

1 ½ cups shredded Le Seigneur De Tilly cheese

sriracha sauce


Sour cream

Sliced green onions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and generously coat a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or with butter.

  2. Grate the cheese.

  3. Combine cooked chicken, sriracha sauce (the quantity that suits you) and the cheese in a bowl and stir to combine. Keep 1/3 of the cheese on the side.

  4. Line each cup of prepared muffin tin with 2 wonton wrappers.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Bake in the oven until the cups are heated through and the edges are golden and crispy, about for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and green onions.

  8. Enjoy!
