Fromagerie Bergeron Takes Action Against Food Insecurity with Moisson Québec

As a proudly local Quebec cheese producer, Fromagerie Bergeron is stepping up its community involvement by partnering with Moisson Québec to help fight food insecurity in the greater Quebec City region.

A local partnership to help feed families in need

For over 35 years, Fromagerie Bergeron has been crafting award-winning Gouda-style cheeses in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly. Known for our bold flavours and refined products, we also believe cheese has the power to bring people together — and that access to food is a right, not a privilege.

That’s why we’ve committed to a long-term partnership with Moisson Québec, the leading food bank in the region, to support Quebec families who are struggling to put meals on the table.

Meaningful action, rooted in community values

In 2025, this partnership will go far beyond one-time donations. Our commitment includes:

- Cheese and monetary donations to support food aid services;

- Employee engagement, with our 350 staff members invited to volunteer, donate, and take part in fundraising activities;

- A shared mission: making sure no one is left behind when it comes to access to food.

The 2025 Solidarity Raffle: 1 Ticket = 125 Meals

To kick off this meaningful partnership, Fromagerie Bergeron is proudly sponsoring the first-ever Solidarity Raffle, which runs until July 14, 2025.

Goal: redistribute 300,000 meals to families in need across the greater Quebec region.
