FRESHNESS OF OUR PRODUCTS
Fromagerie Bergeron is committed to maintaining rigorous standards of excellence in quality and freshness for all its products. To ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, each product is carefully placed in high-performance insulated packaging, accompanied by reusable cooling blocks. The fixed delivery fees we apply allow us to ensure this quality of preservation throughout the entire transport. We thank you for making yourself available upon receipt of your order so that you can quickly inspect and refrigerate your products, thus preserving all their freshness.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY BOX?
In Quebec and Ontario, delivery is done through Purolator. For remote regions and other provinces, delivery may be carried out through other services. Note that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
Standard delivery is offered free of charge for any purchase of $100 or more before taxes.*

If you are in the region, you can also have your order prepared at the shop and pick it up within 48 hours, free of charge.

For orders under $100, delivery is offered in Quebec and Ontario at a fixed price of $30.*

For the western Canadian provinces, delivery is offered at a flat rate of $80.

For the Maritime provinces, delivery is offered at a flat rate of $60.

*Delivery fees may vary depending on the region (remote areas).

HOW CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY PACKAGE DELIVERY?
You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your package leaves the Fromagerie. It will therefore be possible for you to track your package at any time.

DELIVERY POLICY
Please check your order upon receipt. If a problem has occurred due to an error on our part, rest assured that we will take care of it as soon as possible. Please contact us via the Contact form.

We are not responsible and cannot reimburse you for the following situations:

  • Incorrect address.
  • Shipping to post office boxes.
  • Shipping to apartment buildings without a concierge.
  • If it is impossible to leave the order at your home, it will be returned to the sorting center. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we want to avoid this situation, especially during the summer months.
  • Delivery delays are beyond our control. Our insulated boxes are effective for 48 hours.
  • Unopened packages.
  • Items that have been consumed.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Any cancellation or modification request must be submitted before 11:00 AM EST the day following the order, as orders are loaded onto delivery trucks at that time. After this deadline, we will unfortunately no longer be able to make changes to your order.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on our products, as they are perishable food items. However, if we have made an error on your order, we can offer you a credit or a refund.
