PRODUCT FRESHNESS
At Fromagerie Bergeron, we uphold strict standards of excellence in quality and freshness for all our products.
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, each product is carefully placed in high-performance insulated packaging with reusable ice packs. Our fixed shipping fees allow us to guarantee this freshness throughout the entire delivery process.
We appreciate your availability to receive your order so you can promptly inspect and refrigerate your products, maintaining their optimal freshness.
WHO DELIVERS MY BOX?
In Quebec and Ontario, delivery is handled by Purolator. For remote areas and other provinces, delivery may be conducted through alternative services.
Please note that you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
For Quebec and Ontario, free standard shipping is available for purchases of $100 or more before taxes.
If you're local, you can also have your order prepared for in-store pickup within 48 hours at no charge.
For orders under $80, shipping within Quebec is available at a flat rate of $30.
For all other Canadian provinces, shipping is available at a flat rate of $60.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your package leaves our facility. This allows you to monitor your package's location at any time.
DELIVERY POLICY
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there's an issue due to an error on our part, rest assured we'll resolve it promptly. Please contact us through our Contact form.
We cannot be held responsible or provide refunds for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Shipments to PO boxes
- Deliveries to apartment buildings without concierge service
- Orders that cannot be left at your residence (these will be returned to the sorting facility; due to the perishable nature of our products, we aim to avoid this situation, especially during summer months)
- Delivery delays beyond our control (our insulated boxes remain effective for 48 hours)
- Unopened packages
- Consumed items
RETURN POLICY
As we sell perishable food products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if we've made an error with your order, we can offer you store credit or a refund.
