250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
125 ml (½ cup) Bergeron Le P’tit Bonheur cheese, finely grated (see note)
80 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh dill
30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped Italian parsley
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Note: Grating the cheese very finely gives a smoother texture. A Microplane or the smallest holes of a box grater both work well.
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with the grated Bergeron Le P’tit Bonheur cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add the dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop. Serve with crudités, crackers, or chips.
