1/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup Le Seigneur de Tilly 18 months cheese, grated
2 cups (500 ml) peeled apples, grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Grate cheese and apple
In a bowl, add the butter, then the sugar and mix for a few minutes (the final texture must be light)
Add eggs one at a time
Add flour, baking powder and milk and mix
Add apples and cheese, mix again
Transfer mixture to muffin tins
You can grease the surfaces or use paper baking trays
Fill cavities 2/3 full
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the top begins to brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
