1 bag of tater tots
1 recipe of hollandaise sauce
4 slices of cooked bacon
4 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Brins de Gouda cheese
Chopped chives
Preparation
Cook the tater tots according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, prepare the hollandaise sauce as directed in the recipe. Cover and keep warm.
Chop the cooked bacon. In an oiled pan, fry the eggs sunny side up, or to your preference. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
To serve, divide the tater tots into serving bowls, then add the brins de gouda cheese. Top with hollandaise sauce, then garnish each serving with chopped bacon, an egg, and chopped chives. Serve immediately.
