  • Le Six Pourcent Cheese
  • Ham-and-cheese savoury cake (Replace our Classique Smoked with our Le Six Pourcent cheese)
  • Sausage or other charcuterie
  • Romesco dip
  • Grain crackers
  • Roasted pecans

Preparation

  1. Prepare the ham-and-cheese savoury cake: Use our ham-and-cheese savoury cake recipe, replacing the Classique Smoked with the Six Pourcent cheese. Bake the cake as instructed in the recipe and allow it to cool before cutting it into pieces.
  2. Prepare the Romesco dip: If you have a homemade Romesco dip recipe, prepare it in advance. Otherwise, you can use store-bought Romesco dip. Make sure it’s well-seasoned and creamy.
  3. Assemble your lunch: In your lunchbox, place slices of Le Six Pourcent cheese. Add pieces of the ham-and-cheese savoury cake. Arrange a few slices of sausage or your favourite charcuterie. Pour the Romesco dip into a small airtight container. Add grain crackers and finish with roasted pecans for a crunchy and sweet-salty touch.
