1 package (400 g) of 2 frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
250 ml (1 cup) onion and cranberry confit
1 Bergeron Classique Inspiration kit (400 g) with Bergeron Classique, Gouda and Swiss
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Spread the onion confit onto the puff pastry sheets and top with cheese slices. Gently roll each sheet into a log, then slice into eight rolls. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
