La P’tite Mère Poutine

Northern shrimp, hollandaise sauce, Le P’tit Bonheur cheese… You can’t help but drool! Although this poutine seems heavy, you’ll enjoy every bite. Give it a try at brunch or dinner with your loved ones. Note: This poutine is mom-approved!


Baby potatoes

Olive oil

Some seasonings of your choice (garlic salt, dried oregano, paprika, Old Bay, etc.)

Hollandaise sauce

Northern shrimp also called Matane shrimp

Le P’tit Bonheur cheese grated


Green onions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

  2. Meanwhile, cut the baby potatoes in half and coat them with a bit of olive oil and spices. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until tender. Stir frequently.

  3. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the hollandaise sauce.

  4. Then, grate Le P’tit Bonheur and reserve in a bowl.

  5. Finally, chop the green onions.

  6. Assemble poutines by placing the baby potatoes in bowls, then cover them with hollandaise sauce. Top with shrimp, cheese, and green onions.
