Le Populaire cheese, cut into cubes
Pepper sauce of your choice
Green onions
Instructions
Cook potatoes at 400 °F (200 °C) for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Place potatoes in bowls.
Place cubed Le Populaire cheese on each poutine.
Top with pepper sauce and garnish with green onions.
