BBQ sauce
Brins de Gouda Bergerona cheese, always lactose-free!
250 ml (1 cup) of flour
2 eggs
375 ml (1 ½ cup) Italian breadcrumbs
Parsley for garnish
Cook fries as per package instructions.
To cook the Brins de Gouda, preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
Prepare three soup plates by placing the flour, beaten eggs and Italian breadcrumbs in each one.
ip the Brins de Gouda Bergeron in the flour one by one, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. For extra crispy pieces, dip again in the egg and breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated Brins de Gouda Bergeron on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
When everything is ready, assemble the poutines by placing the fries, the breaded Brins de Gouda, the BBQ sauce, and the parsley in bowls.
