It’s almost the end of summer, but why not extend the long summer evenings with this trip-inspired poutine! With our fresh spices, it’s easy to feel inspired!

Ingredients

Yellow flesh potatoes

Lemon juice

Chopped garlic

Dried oregano

Olive oil

Pepper

Béchamel sauce

Red onion

Black olives

Tomatoes

Our Brins de Gouda cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).

  2. Meanwhile, cut potatoes into quarters and coat with lemon juice, oregano, olive oil and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25–30 minutes or until tender. Stir frequently.

  3. Prepare the béchamel sauce.

  4. Cut the onion into thin strips, the black olives in half and the tomatoes into cubes.

  5. Finally, coat the fresh Brins de Gouda in a bit of oregano for a perfect bite!
