2 small red onions cut into strips
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp. of butter
2 Cortland apples cut into quarters
2 tbsp. of maple syrup
2 pork tenderloins
Preheat the BBQ to medium-high.
In a frying pan, brown the onions and garlic in the butter.
Add the apples and maple syrup, and simmer for a few minutes until the onions are tender and the apples are still crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
On a work surface, slit the pork tenderloins lengthwise without cutting them completely.
Spread the onion, garlic, and apple mixture in the centre of the pork tenderloins and add a few Le Classique Smoked cheese slices. Close and tie tightly.
Place the pork tenderloins on the pre-oiled BBQ grill and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, making sure to reach an internal temperature of 68 °C (155 °F) on a cooking thermometer.
Decorate the pork tenderloins by adding a few slices of Le Classique Smoked on top. The final touch brings a balanced roasted flavour.
Serve with grilled vegetables, and you’re done!
