A sandwich just isn’t a sandwich without cheese! So you may as well choose a quality cheese to get the best taste possible. In this recipe we use Bergeron Classique®, a fine, firm-ripened cheese that’s lactose free and ultra-versatile. With its hint of fresh hazelnuts, it adds a refined flavour to these roll-ups that’s sure to please the entire family!

4 medium tortillas
8 leaves romaine lettuce
12 thin slices ham
140 g (about 1/3 lb) Bergeron Classique® cheese, thinly sliced
For the dip:
125 ml (½ cup) 0% plain Greek yogurt
15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey
15 ml (1 tbsp.) old fashioned mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dip. Divide into sealable containers and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Top each tortilla with lettuce, ham slices and cheese slices. Roll up the tortillas tightly. Cut the rolls into rounds.
- Divide rounds into sealable containers and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- When ready to eat, serve the roll-ups with the dip.
