Fromagerie Bergeron shines at the 2016 Sélection Caseus Awards among Quebec’s best cheesemakers

Fromagerie Bergeron has the pleasure of announcing that its latest creation has once again distinguished itself among cheeses competing at the 18th edition of the Sélection Caseus Awards where our Louis Cyr took home a Caseus Bronze as one of the top three cheeses chosen from among all the category winners. The contest’s 2016 edition saw over 182 cheeses from 40 cheesemakers compete. Prizes were awarded on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Quebec City’s Musée national des beaux-arts.
